This is a great product, very strong pure magnesium. It has done wonders for my son who has autism. It has greatly improved his anxiety and tauntrums. Highly recommend.

Very fast working (7/22/2021)

When I don't get enough magnesium, I feel muscle tension, sometimes cramping, and even anxiety. When I take this magnesium compared to others, I feel it working quickly, sometimes within 5 minutes. It has a slight salty taste, but it's hard to notice when mixed with juice. I highly recommend this magnesium, especially if you are sick of swallowing pills.
