The Focus and Attention Package for Older Children & Teens is a combination of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids that research studies have proven to support healthy focus, concentration, and self-regulation. This package is for older children and teens who can easily swallow pills. Each package provides a 1 month supply*.
Includes:
- Focus-Mate™ (1 bottle): Take 4 caps daily in the morning with breakfast.
- EQUAZEN® PRO Soft Gels (1 bottle): Take 3 soft gels once a day with a meal.
Additional Dosage Instructions/Protocol: Dose according to the directions below or as suggested by your healthcare practitioner.
Step 1: Start by giving only Focus-Mate™ for a minimum of 3 days to 1 week to evaluate its effect by itself. Take 2 Focus-Mate™ capsules in the morning, with or without food. One or two additional capsules may be added to the morning dose or as a separate dose after school if additional afternoon support is needed. It is not recommended to give Focus-Mate™ after 4:00 PM since ingredients may be stimulating and potentially disrupt sleep. It is not recommended to take more than 4 capsules per day.
Step 2: After a minimum of 3-4 days of starting Focus-Mate™ at full dose, and if well-tolerated, add the EQUAZEN® PRO Soft Gels with a fat containing meal (either breakfast or dinner) for best absorption. Sensitive individuals may want to start slow and work up to the full dosage recommendation.
Since every individual is unique and responds differently, we recommend experimenting with different dosages to determine the best ongoing dose for them. Consistent, daily dosing is important to maintain the positive benefits from these supplements. Although improvements may be seen within the first few days and weeks, when taken daily, additional improvements can be expected within the first 2-3 months.
*We recommend including a high-quality multivitamin/mineral formula such as Spectrum-Mate Capsules or Daily Resource to help fill in the rest of the nutritional gaps that may be missing due to an inadequate diet.
