This is such a great product and has been such a help with my anxiety. Whenever I feel an anxiety attack coming on, I take 2 or 3 droppers of Liquid Calm and within 15 minutes my heartrate has settled and I am feeling better. I have also used it before bed when I need to relax enough to fall asleep. I couldn't recommend this product more!
