Turmeric (Complete Turmeric Matrix) - Turmeric is a bright orange-colored spice that contains curcumin and has been used in cooking and medicine for thousands of years.  Curcumin has been shown to play a crucial role in maintaining  normal inflammatory balance in a variety of systems.  

Quercetin -   A flavonid found in a variety of botanicals, vegetables and fruits.  It is a potent antioxidant  and helps maintain a normal inflammatory balance.   

Bromelain -  A proteolytic enzyme derived from the stem of the pineapple plant.  It has been shown to support musculoskeletal health and normal inflammatory balance.  

Rutin - A flavonid that has been shown to help maintain normal inflammatory balance.  Rutin helps maintain levels of the antioxidant, glutathione, in the body.  Rutin also works in synergy with other favonoids like quercetin to support connective tissue health by inhibiting the enzymes that break down connective tissue.
