Biofilms are protective encasements formed by microorganisms. The unique enzyme blend plus EDTA in Ther-Biotic® InterFase® Plus was developed using in vitro testing to break up the biofilm matrix and degrade undesirable biofilm communities.
Ther-Biotic® InterFase® Plus provides a unique enzyme formulation with the addition of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). The presence of calcium, iron, and magnesium is essential for biofilm creation and serves to cross-link the anionic regions for polymers. Ther-Biotic® InterFase® Plus includes EDTA which binds to the metals needed for biofilm formation. Ther-Biotic® InterFase® Plus can be used for maximum antibiofilm activity.
Suggested Use: Adults: depending on age and size; take 2 capsules, 1 to 4 times daily between meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Children: As directed by a healthcare practitioner.
